Order

Do I need a user account to place an order?

You do not need a user account to place an order in our online store. However, you can create a user account at any time in just a few steps. The user account must be confirmed by email.

The advantage of a user account is that you have an overview of all information about your orders and returns. You also don’t have to re-enter your details every time you place an order.

The user account is of course free of charge and can be deleted at any time.

Which countries can I order to?

We currently deliver our collections to Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, the Czech Republic and Austria.

Can I change my delivery address at a later date?

If you notice it directly, you are welcome to contact us using our contact form or by telephone on +49 221 96 44 69 22.

As we want to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will send it directly to our warehouse so that it can be packed and dispatched there. Therefore, unfortunately, you will not be able to change your address afterwards.

Who can I contact if a part of my order is missing/incorrect?

If you have received the wrong item or a part of your order is missing, please contact our customer service (shop@ivicollection.com) and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Payment

What payment methods do we offer?

You can pay via PayPal, invoice or direct bank transfer.

You need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You will then be automatically redirected to PayPal and can log in with your login details.

The purchase via invoice is processed by our partner Ratepay. This payment option is only available for orders within Germany.

If you select the direct bank transfer payment method in the order step, you will receive an invoice with the order confirmation. You then transfer the invoice amount directly to our bank account, stating the order number.

Can I shop at IVI without risk?

Of course. At IVI, we handle your data with care and you can easily return items if you don’t like them or they don’t fit. Your money will be refunded as soon as possible.

If you have any questions or problems, you can always contact our customer service (shop@ivicollection.com).

Where do I find my invoice?

We will send you a shipping confirmation and your invoice by email after your order. If you need your invoice again at a later date, you can find it under “My account” and “My orders”.

If you purchase by invoice, your invoice will be sent to you by our partner Ratepay in a separate email.

Shipping

How much are the shipping costs?

a) within Germany shipping costs are 5,95€
b) for shipping to EU countries shipping costs are 8,95€

What do I do in the event of transport damage?

If there is any transport damage to your order, please contact our customer service (shop@ivicollection.com) and we will help you as quickly as possible.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock products are usually shipped within 2-3 working days within Germany.

Shipping to EU countries usually takes 3-5 days.

You can track your order from the moment it is dispatched using the shipment tracking function. You will find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation that we have sent you by email.

What do I do if I receive incorrect items?

If you have received an incorrect item or a part of your order is missing, please contact our customer service (shop@ivicollection.com) and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Vouchers & Newsletter

How can I redeem my voucher code?

Voucher codes can be redeemed in the shopping cart. Enter the code in the field provided and click on “Apply voucher”. The discount will be deducted immediately from the total amount.

Important: Before completing the order, please make sure that the voucher has actually been redeemed and that the voucher value has been deducted from the invoice total. Vouchers can only be redeemed during the order process. Unfortunately, we can not apply the voucher retrospectively.

What do I need to consider when redeeming voucher codes?

1. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.

2. Vouchers may be subject to certain conditions that are stated on the voucher. For example: a minimum order value, a validity period or a restriction regarding certain product groups.

3. Vouchers can only be redeemed online during the order process. Unfortunately, we can not apply the voucher retrospectively.

4. Vouchers cannot be paid out.

Why is my voucher code not working?

There may be various reasons for this. Your voucher code may have already expired or can only be used on certain items or cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, such as discounts.

It could also be a typing error, try copying and pasting the voucher code again.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

Subscribe to our newsletter right here and be the first to hear about new products, discount promotions and current topics.

Registration is of course free of charge and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

Returns & Refunds

How can I return articles?

Returns within Germany are free of charge for you. Please use the returns label provided.

Returns from other EU countries that are subject to a charge should be sent to the following address and must be insured:

If something does not fit you or you do not like it for any reason, you are welcome to send it back to us. The items simply need to be unworn and in their original packaging. Above all, all labels must still be attached to the item of clothing.

Returns within Germany are free of charge for you. Your order will include a shipping label for the return shipment. If you are returning all articles of your order, please also return the IVI box.

And this is how it works:
– Fill out the returns form and state the reason for return.
– Stick the return label on the outside of the parcel and hand it in at the nearest DHL/Post collection point.
– Unfortunately, an exchange via the returns form is not possible. Please place a new order in our online store.

Please note that we do not cover the costs for returns outside of Germany. We ask you to send the goods back to us insured.

If you do not follow our returns procedure, you will bear the direct costs for the return shipment. Please note that we do not accept returns that are sent carriage forward.

How and when will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received your returned items, we will start the refund process. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible and should take a maximum of 7 working days.

Your money will be refunded in the same way as you paid.

How long can I return my items?

If you wish to return an item, please pack the item with labels in the original packaging and send it back to us within 14 days.

How do I care for my IVI products properly?

Our products are made from high-quality, durable materials so that you can wear them for a long time. Please follow the washing instructions on the label and use the correct detergent for the respective material. Meaning, a wool detergent for wool and a silk detergent for silk.

Always read through the product description and product details and note that our tunics are cut oversized and are therefore wide.
