Methods of payment

 

 

PayPal

 

Select the payment method PayPal for your order. You will automatically be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Credits from returns are always credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

 

 

Klarna

 

If you select Klarna for your purchase in the order step, you will be automatically redirected to log in to your Klarna account. If you are already a Klarna customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a Klarna account, you can open an account and then confirm the payment.

Credits from returns are always credited back to the Klarna account used for the purchase.

 

 

Purchase on invoice

 

This payment method is only possible for orders from Germany and only after successful risk assessment. If your transaction can be successfully processed, the purchase price will be assigned to Ratepay and you may only transfer the money to Ratepay, not to the retailer.

Select the payment method purchase on invoice for your order.
By clicking on “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen”, you accept the Ratepay payment terms and agree to Ratepay, our partner, carrying out a risk check. You also accept PayPal’s privacy policy.
Once you have placed an order, you pay within 30 days. You will receive an order confirmation and a proforma invoice from IVI. Ratepay will send you an email requesting the payment. You will receive all payment details with this payment request.

 

 

 

Direct bank transfer (prepayment)

 

Select the direct bank transfer payment method in the order step. You will receive an invoice by e-mail together with your order confirmation. You will find all payment-related information on this invoice. Please transfer the amount to our bank account within 5 working days. Please state the order number as the reason for payment. Your order will now be placed on hold. As soon as we have received the payment, the item will be dispatched. Refunds will be made in the same way.
Orders for which no payment has been received after 7 working days will be canceled.
