Our goal is to process and ship your order on the business day we receive payment or the following business day.<\/p>

How much are the shipping costs?<\/strong><\/h3>

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of \u20ac5.95.<\/p>

Shipping within Germany is carried out by our logistics partner DHL.<\/p>

For shipping to EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of \u20ac8.95.<\/p>

We ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czechia, and Austria.<\/p>

The delivery times given are guidelines and apply from the date of dispatch.<\/p>

Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries.<\/p>

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?<\/strong><\/h3>

If you find transport damage to your order, please contact our customer service (shop@ivicollection.com) and we will help you as soon as possible.<\/p>

How long does shipping take?<\/strong><\/h3>

Goods in stock are usually shipped within Germany within 2-3 business days.<\/p>

Shipping to EU countries usually takes 3-5 days.<\/p>

You can track your order via the tracking link once it has been shipped. You will find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.<\/p>

What should I do if I receive the wrong items?<\/strong><\/h3>
