Return & Refund

If an item doesn’t fit you or you don’t like it after all for any reason, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
To do so, the item simply need to be unworn and in its original packaging. Most importantly, all tags must still be attached to the garment.
If you are returning all items of an order to us, we kindly ask you to return the IVI jewelry box as well.

Return within Germany

Within Germany a return is free of charge for you. Please use the provided return label for this purpose.

And this is how it works:
– Fill out the return form and indicate the reason for return.
– Stick the returns label on the outside of the parcel and hand it in at the nearest DHL/Post acceptance point.
– Unfortunately, an exchange via the return form is not possible. Please place a new order in our online store for this purpose.

Return from other countries

Please note that the costs for returns outside of Germany are not covered by us. We kindly ask you to return the goods insured to the following address.
