Our goal is to process and ship your order on the business day we receive payment or the following business day.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95.

Shipping within Germany is carried out by our logistics partner DHL.

For shipping to EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €8.95.

We ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czechia, and Austria.

The delivery times given are guidelines and apply from the date of dispatch.

Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries.

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

If you find transport damage to your order, please contact our customer service (shop@ivicollection.com) and we will help you as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Goods in stock are usually shipped within Germany within 2-3 business days.

Shipping to EU countries usually takes 3-5 days.

You can track your order via the tracking link once it has been shipped. You will find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.

What should I do if I receive the wrong items?

If you have received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact our customer service team (shop@ivicollection.com) and we will help you as quickly as possible.
