Shipping & Delivery

Our ambition is to process and ship your order on the working day of receipt of payment or the following working day.

Shipping within Germany is carried out by our logistics partner DHL.

For standard shipping within Germany we charge shipping costs of 4,95€.

We ship to 23 other countries. The shipping costs to all other EU countries are 8,95€.

The stated delivery times are a guideline and apply from the date of dispatch.

Please note that in the case of delivery to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.
